Herbert Furniture was founded out of a deep-rooted passion for beautifully crafted, meaningful home furnishings. In 2014, two friends—Sarah Herbert and Miguel Torres—dreamed of bringing unique, high‑quality pieces from around the world into people’s homes. Just like Baytonia’s founders, they believed the true character of a house reflects its inhabitants’ spirit
Sarah’s fascination with furniture began in her childhood workshops alongside her father, while Miguel’s travels exposed him to diverse artisanal styles—from Spanish tiling to Dutch ceramics and British craftsmanship . They noticed the frustration of sourcing and shipping well-crafted designs locally, so they united their strengths—Sarah’s local insight and Miguel’s global curatorial eye—to build a seamless solution.
